Who translates, and to what standard.
Every project is assigned to a qualified translator who is responsible for the translation and signs the certificate of accuracy issued with the completed work. The translator's name and qualifications are stated on the document.

Methods, currency and terms.
Payment is due once the quotation has been approved and before work begins. The agreed fee and payment details are stated on the invoice.

Translations are prepared by qualified and recognised translators selected according to the language, document type and requirements of the receiving institution. Each certified translation is issued with a signed and dated certificate identifying the translator responsible for the work and their qualifications. If the institution has specific submission requirements, these are reviewed before the project is prepared to ensure the appropriate form of certification and delivery is provided.
Standard single-page documents are normally delivered within 24–48 hours. Larger or more complex projects are given a delivery date in the quotation. Priority service is available where required.
Usually, no. A clear scan or photograph is sufficient provided all text, stamps and seals are legible. If the receiving institution requires the original or a hard copy, this can be arranged.
Fees depend on the language pair, word count, complexity, formatting, source quality and deadline. Additional requirements such as notarisation, apostille handling or hard-copy delivery may also affect the final fee.
Documents are handled confidentially and only shared with the translator or professionals required to complete the project. Additional confidentiality arrangements, including NDAs, are available for corporate and legal projects.
Where required, notarisation and apostille-related arrangements can be coordinated according to the destination and document requirements. These requirements should be mentioned when requesting a quotation.
